Acquistion Criteria?

We have an entrepreneurial spirit with a core focus on Industrial Real Estate–Investment and Development of Warehouses for Distribution and Light Manufacturing in North America.

Building Size Range: 50,000 sq ft to 500,000 sq ft

Deal Cost Range: 2 million to 30 million

Building Asset Class: A to C, both stabilized and vacant.

Tenant Size: 20,000 sq ft or more.

How quickly can Meniscus Group close?

For the right property, we typically close twice as fast as the industry average. Our fastest to date was 16 days from offer to close on a 418,000 square foot warehouse.

How are we able to close so much faster than other Industrial Property investors?

Because we are privately-held and funded, we can make purchasing decisions with fewer bureaucratic layers, and we work hard.
