Meniscus Group is an industrial real estate investment group looking to expand its portfolio of properties with a diverse mix of building classes and tenants.

  • Industrial Service Facilities with Low Coverage and Significant Outdoor Storage, Bulk Distribution and Light Manufacturing

  • Building Size Range: Up to 500,000 sq ft

  • Site Coverage Range: 5%-50%

  • Deal Cost Range: $5 million-$100 million

  • Building Asset Class: A to C, Stabilized and Vacant

  • Tenant Size: 20,000 sq ft or more

  • Location Preferences: In major US and emerging markets with interstate access, intermodal, proximity to airport and/or port locations

  • Structure Types: Concrete Tilt Wall, Metal and Block

  • Transaction Requirements: Single Asset and Portfolio Transactions, Single and Multi-Tenant Assets, Short-term or Long-term Leases and Sale/Leasebacks and Vacant

  • Speculative Investments: Complex properties including buildings that are in need of major renovations or demolition, and/or repurposing.
